  Out of bounds are indicated by OB stakes or, in their , fences fixed along the left sides of Holes. 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 1, 2, 3 and 4 and also behind the greens of Holes 14 and 1
2. NO PENALTY
  A player may obtain relief through the green by dropping his ball within one club length from where it lies, but not nearer the holes, it his ball lies as follow :
 
(a) in a wheel mark
(b) in a hollow or eroded ground.
where the sole of a grounded club held close to the ball is above half its diameter.
